Sourced from a vineyard that lies at 700 meters above sea level in Tumbarumba.
The fruit was lightly pressed to stainless steel and allowed to settle overnight prior to fermentation.
Following fermentation the wine was settled, filtered and bottled early to retain freshness and vitality.
Aromas of grapefruit, pear, Granny Smith apples. The wine is bright, crunchy, and refreshing with lovely texture and length. A perfect accompaniment to noodles, dumplings, bao or even tacos.
