Amphora Range

Our Amphora range of wines are fermented and matured exclusively in small compressed sandstone amphoras. These 250 litre vessels are a perfect vessel for maturing wine in as they allow very small, controlled amounts of gas exchange allowing the wine to mature very slowly and carefully. All the wines in this range have a similar theme in that they are very bright and display incredible purity of fruit.
