2021 Amphora Chardonnay, Orange, Tumbarumba, Hunter Valley
Chardonnay grown on ancient decomposed granite at 800 meters above sea level in the cool climate region of Orange
Tasting Notes
Struck match, flint, citrus, limes and white peach aromas. Very complex and powerful palate with excellent length.

Grown at 800 meters above sea level on de-compsoed granite in Orange NSW.
Winemaking
Hand picked and whole-bunch pressed directly to amphoras via gravity, indigenous yeast fermentation and bottled in August without fining or filtration.
