The 2018 Vintage Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively with Charodnnay.
The wine is made using the traditional method of secondary bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees for almost 2 years months prior to disgorging.
Tasting Notes:
The wine has brilliant clarity with citrus, stone fruit and subtle brioche and pastry characters from time on lees. The palate is lively and refreshing with a very fine bead and lovely length. The Dosage is a low 4g/L ensuring a crisp and mouth-watering finish.
