Fermented and matured exclusively in sandstone amphoras. 100% vegan friendly.
Grown at 650 meters above sea level on ancient decomposed granite soils. Matured in sandstone amphoras. Pale garnet in colour with beautiful bright red hues. Aromas of red berries, sour cherries and plums. Light weight, savoury and very complex.
